I am an ambitious, thoughtful and passionate European. Born and raised in Ypres, Belgium, I have developed a clear federalist vision on European integration as a reaction to conflicts and crises. I continue to concretize and spread out this vision as active member of the Young European Federalists (JEF-Europe) and Chairman of the Financial Control Commission of the European Youth Forum.

During my studies, I have proven to be at my best in international environments. I obtained an M.A. degree in both Germany and France, won an international students’ olympiad in the Russian Federation and played a key role in a simulation of the European Council with students from the United States of America. For my studies and work at Technische Hochschule Wildau (TH Wildau), I was awarded the DAAD Prize for the outstanding achievements of a foreign student in Germany.

I currently work at TH Wildau, where together with my team we welcome and guide international students. Next to this, I teach Economics, Marketing, Management and European Studies to under- and postgraduate students at TH Wildau and Vives University College (Belgium). I enjoy giving guest lectures abroad and try to motivate young people to gather international experience during their studies.
